AVANI in his early years
Avani, an alias for Nicholas Schenk, was born and raised in the Netherlands. He grew up in a traditional Dutch village, in a big house, surrounded by natural forests. This upbringing has impacted his character in a way that nature will always feel like home for him and that he prefers to be in quiet places with a lot of space.
However, this does not mean that Avani doesn’t like crowds, although more inclined to be introverted, life has directed him to be very social, outgoing, and outspoken. During his youth, he was always interested in religion, history, and philosophy. Asking deep questions to his teachers, because he really wanted to understand what was behind the bigger questions in life.
As he grew older as a child and teenager he started getting more interested in deeper spiritual topics like Eastern philosophy and Western mystics. While going through the more challenging phases of his youth he went deeper into these mystical topics and started getting experiences that were out of this world. Sensing other people’s feelings, out-of-body experiences, seeing colors and energies around him during the night, and extraordinary coincidences that started happening to him more and more.
Right before becoming an adult, Avani met his mentor, a clairvoyant sound healer who took him on as his student. Meanwhile, Avani also started to get on the path of becoming a conscious event organizer.

AVANI as a Dutch community manager
Through a streak of situations he got into by both luck and creativity, he became the founder of the Conscious Youth Foundation which started with 4 members and ended up having 4000 members. A six-year journey in which he worked with a big part of the conscious scene in the Netherlands. For Avani, this was both a training ground as a teacher, where he learned to become an organizer, and where he got a lot of lessons about leading a community. His biggest events were festivals for about 350 people that lasted seven days. He has given workshops and courses about self-development, shamanism, dance, and breathing, guided hundreds of ceremonies for his community, and taught about many more topics.
During this time 2014-2018, he also worked with another company, Nieuwetijdskind Magazine, a big online conscious magazine platform for spiritual people. Here Avani guided thousands of people mostly about high-sensitivity, stress reduction, and grounding, both through his workshops and informative articles. After this period he founded two other communities Eigentijds Nederland 2018-present and Lotus Tribe 2021-present, the latter being the organization closest to his soul and what he came to do here in life, teaching about Eastern Philosophy (Hinduism and Buddhism), connecting with nature and the earth and how to embody your soul.

AVANI as a developing mystic
(2016-2023)
In his years as a community leader, he started developing more of his gifts and found out he has a special talent through that shares energy through his voice and words when he talks about certain topics. The stories he tells can be felt in the hearts and energy bodies of many which is something that can be experienced in his ceremonies, and both online and offline teachings.
He has worked with and befriended at least a hundred spiritually talented individuals which makes a large number of spiritual gifts, topics, and experiences, that are part of his daily life.
In 2020 he founded the course, The Development Path of the Soul: The 12 Labours of Hercules, in which he builds further works of the new age mystic Alice A. Bailey. Through this course, he initiates people to become embodied in their souls and prepares them to work on their life mission.
Since 2023 he has also started giving the 13 chakra course which builds upon the works of Dutch mystics Sonia Bos and Peter Gouw. Through these teachers, people can learn to develop a better connection with the source, transform negative karma, return to their authentic energy, and learn to be co-creators with the divine.
AVANI in India
(2023-present)
After getting a feeling of a big calling AVANI moved to India in 2023. Her has started a guesthouse and plans to revolutionize the business world because he believes that this is a place where people reside that can make a lasting impact on this world.
His approach here will be about helping people by teaching people inner balance, and communication skills, and giving them practical tools for their personal development. He is in India to help people reach inner wholeness, and thrive in their work environment.
In his guesthouse, he will both give personal sessions, and group teachings and give people a home to rest and find themselves while staying with him in Jaipur.
AVANI international
(2024-future)
AVANI his mission is to wake up the people who are ready for the next step in their personal development, both in the business world and for those who want to awaken their spiritual gifts. It is his goal to help those who are going to help others with their energy and by being the best that they can be in their lives.
The two courses, the Development Path of the Soul and the 13 Chakra course, are at the moment the foundation of his future work. He plans to spread wisdom and tools through these courses for the development of your soul and life mission. These courses are part of what AVANI calls the Golden Path, the road to enlightenment and our true self. He invites you to walk this path together as a community of seekers to become the beacons of light this world needs.
